We are pleased to announce that OFID (Opec Fund for International Development) has organised an art auction on February 23, 2016 at 17:00 hrs for people seeking refuge (further details on invitation). The proceeds go to LIFE2LIVE and thus directly to people in need.
You are all invited and maybe you will find an artwork for your home.

Schottenfeldgasse 34 – Wiener Hilfswerk

ONE WORLD, the first LIFE2LIVE charity event took place last Saturday. Here are a few impressions of this successful evening. Although the snow hindered some of our guests from coming, the total proceeds amount to € 3,500!!! As always, 100% of the funds raised go directly to the people in need. Thanks to everyone involved, you made it happen!

With regards to donations in kind, we are pleased to have worked with Happy.thankyou.moreplease. Their team is doing a great job with the distribution of donations in various shelters. We look forward to further cooperation in the future and wish their team continued success!

Despite the cold and wind on the weekend it was still a lot of fun and a great pleasure. Thank you Mihai Petcu for the magic that you created for the children in Bachofengasse.

We are happy to announce that we were able to provide three accommodations with warm lunch on each of our last two food distributions on the 9th and 16th January. This increase of our capacity is possible thanks to our donors and volunteers. We hope you continue to support us!

A big thank you to the VIS Alumni Association, Shimi Buchacher and Marc Melich. LIFE2LIVE had a successful partnership for the VIS Reunion 2015. We are very happy to have been part of it and enjoyed a fun night. We were able to raise €1030. All the proceeds will go to our project: ‘Food for People Seeking Refuge‘.

…we were in Bachofengasse 1190 “Haus Damaris” – Flüchtlingsunterkunft and Schottenfeldgasse 34 – Wiener Hilfswerk where we donated a total of 400 warm meals. Thanks to all volunteers who support us in the cold season. We appreciate donations so that we are able to continue provide for accommodations. Thanks to all donors!

The LIFE2LIVE team was making rounds on Saturday again. This time we managed to provide both ‘Flüchtlingsunterkunft Gasgasse 6’ and ‘Schottenfeldgasse 34 – Wiener Hilfswerk’ with lunch. The feedback was great again! The food is not only nutritious and fills the stomach but the people (old & young) enjoy the taste as well.

Thanks to all of you, who came to the book presentation in favor of the Children’s Cancer Research last week. A very successful evening with many guests and a very relaxed atmosphere. The evening gave a great insight into the book and life of Zabiholla Mafi and the book is still available in German and Farsi. If you are interested, please contact us!
